 The 7" Medium flex is where the idea for an elevated fishing experience came to life. A more ergonomic handle that doesn't slip in bloody hands. A blade that holds its edge longer so you could spend more time hanging around the cleaning table with your buddies and less time sharpening your knives. A blade that could withstand the conditions we all put ourselves and all of our equipment through. These dreams took life in the original SORD fillet knife, the 7" Medium Flex. 

This blade is designed to have more backbone and about 35% less flex than the 7" Flexy to give you the ability to drive it confidently through thicker skin and tougher fish. This is a true all-around fillet knife. It has cleaned just about every species in the Gulf of Mexico and has become a nationwide favorite because of the confidence that a well-built knife provides at the cleaning table and on the water.
