Harken 150 Cam-Matic Cam Cleat is a perfect addition for your climbing sticks. Can be used with 1/8" or 3/16" Full Bury Lines. 

Note: Hardware for attaching cam cleat is not included. Cam Cleat does/will come with a template for drilling the wholes and the information on what bolts/nuts to use with the cam cleat. It is a very simple install. Bolts and nuts can be found at any local hardware store.
