Zoom Frog — The Soft Plastic Frog That Punches Above Its Weight

When bass are buried in the slop, hiding under matted vegetation, or cruising the shallows looking for an easy meal, the Zoom Frog is the bait that gets them out. This soft plastic hollow-body style frog is a proven big-fish bait — weedless by design, deadly by nature.

The Zoom Frog's lifelike profile and soft, collapsible body sit perfectly in the strike zone, whether you're walking it across open pads, hopping it through thick grass mats, or letting it rest on the surface while a big bass circles below. When that blow-up comes, you'll know it.

Key Features

  • Weedless design — fishes through heavy cover, matted grass, and lily pads without hanging up
  • Soft, collapsible body — compresses on the hookset for solid, reliable penetration
  • Realistic frog profile — natural shape and leg action that bass key on in shallow cover
  • Walk-the-dog capable — side-to-side action on open water and pad edges
  • Versatile presentation — works on top, through mats, or as a punch bait trailer
  • Multiple color options — from natural greens and browns to high-visibility patterns for low-light conditions

How to Fish It

Rig it on a wide-gap frog hook and walk it across lily pads, hop it through grass mats, or pop it along the edges of emergent vegetation. Pause it over open pockets in the cover and let it sit — that's often when the biggest bass commit. Use heavy braid (50–65 lb) to pull fish out of the thick stuff before they can wrap you up.

Weedless. Realistic. Explosive. The Zoom Frog belongs in every shallow-water angler's arsenal — because big bass live in the nastiest places, and this bait goes right in after them.
